Community of Practice

Our Community of Practice (CoP) service offers a collaborative space for educators, instructional coaches, and school and district leaders to connect, reflect, and grow together. These ongoing, facilitated groups are designed to build collective capacity through shared learning, dialogue, and real-time problem-solving grounded in professional practice.

What We Offer:

  • Facilitated Learning Sessions: Regular, interactive gatherings led by expert facilitators focused on high-priority topics such as instructional leadership, equity, curriculum implementation, or educator well-being.

  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Participants engage in structured inquiry and reflection to address challenges and test strategies in their own settings.

  • Resource Sharing: Members contribute and exchange tools, research, and best practices to strengthen instruction, leadership, and collaboration.

  • Cross-Role Collaboration: Our CoPs bring together diverse educational roles—building deeper connections and shared understanding among teachers, coaches, and administrators.

Why Join a Community of Practice?

  • Sustain Professional Growth: Extend learning beyond one-time sessions through continuous, job-embedded collaboration.

  • Build Professional Networks: Connect with peers across schools and systems to exchange insights and support.

  • Drive Improvement: Turn shared learning into actionable change that enhances teaching and leadership practices.

Whether you’re looking to initiate a new Community of Practice or join an established group, we provide the guidance, facilitation, and tools to ensure meaningful engagement and impact.
